Typical signs on a servo motor are overheating, vibration, unusual noise, encoder errors or a brake that fails to hold; on a servo drive, an error or alarm code on the display, no power output or frequent tripping. If your machine stops, loses position or shows alarms, contact us so we can examine the unit.
Most servo drives, PLCs, HMIs and power boards can be repaired. A new board is usually very expensive and often has a long lead time. We typically repair the board within a few days, well below the price of a new one and with a warranty. Before you decide, we carry out a free fault diagnosis.
