FESBOT Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your account and data in the FESBOT mobile application developed by FS Otomasyon ve Tamir Merkezi San. Tic. Ltd. Şti.

Deleting from the application

1. Open the FESBOT application and log in with your telephone number.
2. Tap the Profil (Profile) tab at the bottom.
3. Tap the Hesabımı sil (Delete my account) link at the very bottom of the page and confirm.

Your account and the data listed below are permanently deleted immediately after confirmation.

If you cannot access the application

Contact us with the subject “Hesap silme talebi” (Account deletion request), stating your registered telephone number:

Once we have verified that the number belongs to you, we will delete your account and data within 30 days at the latest and notify you.

Deleted data

• Your profile information: name and surname, company name, telephone number
• The device notification token stored for sending notifications
• Device and machine records, cable connections, photos, notes and PDF documents in your individual account
• Your fault conversations and the service records you opened
• Your company memberships, pending corporate applications and requests to join
• Any corporate account that you own and that has no other members, together with all of its data

Records that remain with the company

Device, machine, note and cable records that you added to a company account of which you are a member belong to that company's technical file and remain with the company. Your name and telephone number are removed from these records.

Company owners

If you are the owner of a corporate account that has other members, your account cannot be deleted from the application, so that the company and its team are not left without an owner. To transfer or close the company, contact us using the contact details above.
