When you use the FESBOT mobile application, the following data is processed: your telephone number for login and verification (the verification code is sent via WhatsApp); the name, surname and company name you enter in your profile; the devices, machines, cable connections, notes, photos and PDF documents you add to the application; your fault conversations and the service records you open; and your device's notification token so that notifications can be sent.

The camera is used only when reading device labels, reading machine QR labels and taking photos, and only when initiated by you. Label photos are sent to artificial intelligence service providers to read brand and model information, and your fault questions are sent to them to generate checklists. The application does not collect microphone or location data. Your data is not sold and is not used for advertising purposes.
