Data Controller

Pursuant to KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698), your personal data may be processed by Fs Otomasyon ve Tamir Merkezi Ltd Şti in its capacity as data controller.

Your Personal Data Processed

Via the Fesbot Digital Assistant, the following are processed: your name, surname, telephone number, company name, device brand/model information and your chat records.

Purposes of Processing

Your data is processed for the purposes of receiving the technical support requests you submit, resolving faults, creating service records and enabling our expert team to contact you.

Method of Collection and Legal Basis

It is collected electronically on the legal bases of KVKK Article 5/2(c) "the establishment or performance of a contract" and Article 5/2(f) "the legitimate interests of the data controller".

Transfer of Data

Pursuant to KVKK Articles 8 and 9, it may be shared with our technology solution partners (API providers) from whom we obtain technical infrastructure and artificial intelligence services, and with competent authorities where required by law.

Your Rights (Article 11)

Pursuant to KVKK Article 11, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed and to request its deletion/correction. You may submit your requests to our Company.
